After three years, I’m wrapping up Product Education

When I started this newsletter in March 2023, the goal was simple; share practical, applicable ideas about building product education that’s effective and scalable. I’ve written about strategy, tactics, metrics, tools, and the messy work of getting teams to share what they know.

I’m writing today to close the loop.

The honest reason is that my work has moved. What started as writing about product education has increasingly become building the products themselves; full-stack applications, automation tooling, and designing complex internal systems.
